I broke down and ordered it last night. I bought the Cocobolo 942 medium with the competition nose. I will let you all know how it turns out :D :D :D . Oh and by the way, the wife yelled for like an hour :D :D :D . Anyone know a good make up gift that isn’t too expensive :D :D   [-o| [-o| [-o|

Cool stuff, same color I ordered, I will give you a pic of what it looks like in person since mine should be here today! :thumbup[/quote:xstgcw8m]

Sure rub it in :D :D :D !!! I would love to see the pic! Let me know if it shoots any better for you too.

I like the difference my old Torqueless made on my XT, I am sure it will feel just as good on my Dren, but I don’t pick that up till Friday morning! #-o

The stock grip was just too wide for me. I proved it by taking the grip off and shot off of the riser. While that was uncomfortable (a little too thin), I did notice an improvement in my groups. Then I made my own patterned after a sanded down version of the stock grip. While that worked ok, I found that I couldn’t get a consistent grip because, lacking a better word, the nose was too short. When Dave had a “sale” to introduce his grips, I took the plunge and ordered and Evergreen, medium wrist with mini nose. It was perfect :X :X :X

    Glad you ordered one BloodBath,

Now all you have to do is go to your PROFILE and change your signature from SWB XT to the new Drenalin ;) :thumbup :thumbup

No offense but I can’t see spending the money for such a minimal increase in capabilities. You know what I mean? Truth is the wife won’t let me put $1,000.00 into a bow two years in a row #-o #-o #-o #-o

I went a different route and bought the ’05 SWB after the XT’s were out last year. Got such a good deal that I almost have my money back on ebay right now. Made it easier to buy the Drenalin that way.

Now you can skip the Drenny and get the “Drenalin XT” next year. :thumbup

Uhmmmmmm……my own wife doesn’t know the difference in $$ between what I’ll get for my SWB and the new $$.

Hopefully, she never will find out. :whistle

Well, to tell you the truth, my auction closes in 2 days. Last night I was shooting the SWB in the garage and I thought that I might have a hard time letting go. Been a GREAT bow, lots of memories. I’ve won trophies with her at 3-D, killed a deer, took a nice boar……..

But I know ME, as soon as that new Drenalin is home chompin’ oats in the stable, I wouldn’t take a second glance at that SWB. That’s just me.
