Awwwww Yes, I remember that Team Good Luck to all of you Guys !!
Ok, what did I do wrong on my sig?
High light the banner then copy/ paste it in your sig box..
Sent you a PM…
Ok, I’m really beginning to doubt myself……your PM was blank! Had a title “TEAM BANNER” but body of message was blank?
Ok you got a message this time..Well got some work done on one of the small properties me and my buddy hunt last week. Hopefully this year we have got the deer patterned better than last year. But on this property it could change instantly if we keep getting all this rain and it Stays flooded. Buddy shot a nice 8pt on it last year. Saw two other 8pts passing thru. Hopefully one will cooperate this year and give me a clear shot. It’s like hunting in a jungle but don’t want to thin out too much and spook the bucks too badQ2 you figure out the banner?
Q2 you figure out the banner?
Been away from the puter a few days, just sent ya a PM.LOL good deal, now we can talk about huntin.
Thanks Iowaman! LOL!
It’s been way to HOT here to even think about hunting John…..
Thanks Iowaman! LOL!
you guys up there are lucky, all we know to hunt in down here is HOT, it might cool off a little in January at the end of season.
me and my buddy moved a couple stands last week and sweated so bad that there wasn’t a piece of clothing you couldn’t wring water out
of. if it gets down in the 30′s or 40′s here during deer season we consider it a blessing. hey ive had to fight skeeters off in December and january
while huntingHey guys, hope everyones doing well. Got all my food plots in, with the rain we have had they are doing very well. Looking like a great year for plot hunting here, not finding any acorns, very scattered, actually have only found 2 red oaks and one water oak with acorns on nearly 300 acres of property. I had 40 acres of timber cut this summer for habitat diversity, and am spending a lot of time cleaning up and dressing log roads, clearing a couple spots for food plots next year, and strategically planning for the planting of 2 apple orchards and a couple ridge lines of oaks. I’ll be planting those next spring, in hopes that I live long enough to see them mature…..or at the least for my kids to enjoy when they are older. I have a passion for the land, and improving it, much more so than I actually do for pulling the trigger anymore. But, I sure do like that part too! Very down year this year for bucks, lots of them, probably have 35-40 bucks on cam, but only two shooters, and they sure aren’t monsters. But I’ll have fun taking the kids out, and shooting a couple does, and I’ll patiently await my Illinois hunt starting Nov. 7th!Rock those are some nice ones
