Had knee surgery yesterday, but will be ready for season. Will try for an early doe to get things rolling.

Last two days I have been posting a lot – now you guys know why. Little bit of extra time on my hands – ice my knee/check out Mathews forum/have a 5min nap/ice my knee/check out Mathews forum………..my version of Groundhog Day. :^O

Our season starts Sept 15 but, with this nasty heat, I don’t know how much I’ll be in the woods.. probably won’t start the real hunting til Oct 1.

I’ll be using the reezen most of the time. But the Drenalin will get some JV game time. I always like to say real hunting doesn’t start until Halloween and everything before that is like the JV game :^O :^O

I’ll try and get a doe or 2 early on some food plots but I don’t go into the woods or into any of my good stands until prime-time.

Got one good shooter at a place I normally hunt in the November rut, say
8th-15th. Nice and wide 10 pt., but having trouble uploading pics on the IPad. Anybody have a tip?

Try uploading to a Photo site. like Photobucket, that’s what I do on all my images.

Team name…are we any closer? How about everyone list there preferred choice. We’ll take the top 2 and vote again? I need to get my arrows and wraps for made for the season. Depending on the team name I may incorporate that on my wraps :D

PS Farmer what Homebrew’s are you running? I have a couple S40s that are giving me fits ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

I think he will have maybe a months more growth after this picture. Tines might be short but I think he’s is for sure outside his ears.

The more I think about it the more I like grave diggers. But I’m cool with whatever
