Is the only difference between the Switchback and Switchback XT limbs the string suppressors? This is what I’ve been told by my dealer after my XT limbs were replaced with Switchback limbs. I’m a little cautious as same dealer is the reason Switchback XT limbs needed replaced.

Yep, as far as I’ve been told they are the same except for the suppressors arms.
    The end is near....

They swapped fine for me. I’ve recently handled 50s, 60s and 70 # limbs.

Understood and have heard others say the same. IMO they are the same and will interchange….but I wasn’t dealing with a warranty situation as my bows are all used. FWIW, I put a set of 60s on my switchback recently that I bought from a fellow who took them off his SBXT. Futhermore, these were replacement limbs he had previously had his local dealer install on his XT and used for one season. They have “SB60″ on the sticker on the limb base. He even gave me the reciept where he purchased them so I have no reason to doubt. They are now working fine on my SB. They’ve killed three deer this year so far….
    My opinion:
Under warranty I’d take the bow to a dealer.
Buying limbs used, buyer beware and you accept the risk.

thanks. I have a used bow with the 70# on them set at 60 and it still somewhat tuff for me. I will probably end up getting new ones that are for my xt and not keep getting all confused over the issue of changing from one to the other.
