    Hey Guys,

I just got my “Total Draw” in a few minutes ago. Unfortuantely, both of the cold packs were busted and the package wasn’t warm. On a good note, the bottle was not broken at all but it is warm. I put it in the fridge but do you think it will still be good? I’ve never used this stuff before and typically just use fresh Doe urine that I save, from a kill. However, last year I purchased the VS1 and had good luck with it but this year I thought I would try this out due to all the positive things I’ve read here. Just hope it getting warm didn’t mess it up.

    Thanks,

    Mike

When was it shipped to you? I ordered some and it didn’t get to me until a day or so later than I wanted it to and the cold packs were room temperature. I called John and explained the situation and he said it still will be good as long as you get it into the refrigerator. I used some of the buck urine this past weekend and had a spike come in and smell it. He obviously knew it was a dominant buck urine and ran off 30 yards before starting to thrash all the trees he was around before finally leaving. [=}=]

WOW! I called and left a message with them. John called me within 10 minutes and they are sending me a new bottle just to make sure.

WOW! Talk about customer service. I’m a director in a 2,000 seat call center and have worked in customer service for over 15 years. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

P.S. Suggested that I use non-scent tampons as wick’s. Never have heard that but I am definitely going to do it. What a great idea.

I’m still amazed on the prompt response and courtesy of this guy. A+ Class…
