I will be contacting Matt McPherson in the next couple days to get things started for a Centershot Ministries program in our church. We have been working hard the last month and a half to raise the money for the program. I’m really excited to get an opportunity to teach kids about archery and God. Matt McPherson and Kevin Vogt have been great to work with and have answered all my questions very promptly. Thank you to Matt and Kevin and everyone that has helped to make this happen.

That’s great! We did it for several years and even took our centershot equipment down to central america and ran three camps down there. It’s a great ministry with wonderful potential when used intentionally. I wish I was in a position to continue it now. :thumbup

Let us know how things progress. I always love to hear how Christ is working in peoples’ lives. It’s even more fun knowing that archery can be involved in that change. 8D

I have been wanting to start this myself. I really don’t know where to start. Maybe someday I can get it started. Can anyone help me in this?

Getting started is not that hard. You can go to centershotministries.org to get more info. We did a fund raiser to buy the equipment. Their is also some training required, (BAI) someone from Centershot can do it or your local conservation can do the training.
