    Has anyone thought of making squirrel jerky? I think it may be a good idea just needed some opinions and or advice on how to marinade or etc.

    It probably wouldn’t be bad.I had some goose jerky and it was really good.

    It’s delicious, I just run them through a grinder, use the same marinade and cure that you would for venison or beef, grab your jerky gun and dehydrator and enjoy. Just a heads up, takes a lot of squirrels to make a large batch lol.
