Slow Cooker Taco Soup
1 lb ground meat
1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 can black beans undrained
1 can pinto beans undrained
1 can corn undrained
1 can white hominy undrained
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoningBrown meat with onion and bell pepper. add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cook 6 hrs on low setting. Serve with tortilla strips or corn chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions.

Got all the stuff and made a double batch for the office today.We added a dollop of Sour Cream and shredded cheese and ate it with the Tortilla scoops.
It was a big hit. I’d recommend it. It’s easy, different and quite tasty.
Note: there was a similar recipe on the black bean can that didn’t include the green pepper, ranch mix or the hominy.

Made this night before last and we thought the same thing about the ranch. Honestly you can taste it and it is a definite add.
