Thaw roast and put it in the crockpot
mix 1 1/2 -2 cups of your favorite bbq sause and water that covers the roast.
Turn crockpot on low and let it cook 8hrs+ (can do it in the morning and go to work) turn it off,pull roast out and let it for for shreading.
dain crockpot, while shreading the roast throw it back in the crockpot.
mix with the bbq sauce of your choice(same as before) turn crockpot on and reheat then searve!

I have a roast in the crock pot right now
Tried this with some pork yesterday. Turned out great!!! The only thing i did different was add a little bit of apple juice to the BBQ sauce and water.
