I have been using the Mathews HD rest for about a year now, on my SB XT.

With all the new rests on the market, should I ‘upgrade’ and try something new(er) and ‘better’?

While I have not had any issues with this rest, all the talk about the Spot Hogg Wammy and the Schaffer MAT rest…..I am wondering if it would be beneficial to change.

heck yeah…..change. Try something different. We need to keep this economy going, can’t do that if we don’t spend. :D
Seriously, If its working…I’d leave it alone.

Same delima here and I decided to get the Schaffer and you would not believe the difference in accuracy performance and most of all your own confidence levels. The Mat 1 is an amazing rest.

If you have the time, money and interest, go ahead and experiment BUT keep what you already have if you know it works for you. I suspect many of us have replaced a part or accessory, and then went back to using the previously installed part or accessory because we discovered it worked better. :thumbup
