Just got back from shooting the Chill and the DNA.. I really liked the chill but, I was wondering if these speeds sounds right, or do you think the bow is out of tune, or chrono off. The chill was 70lbs @ 28″ draw. d loop only on string. I was shooting a 370 gr arrow. It showed to be 289 on the chrno. I then shot the DNA, 65lbs @28″ with 370gr arrow and it shot 290.. Does this sound right?

To me when I run the numbers you should be plus or minus 5 fps of 298. Again if the numbers are all correct.

I will add though most forums and topics I’ve read about the Chill chrono reading is it is better than it is rated by IBO. My guess is the bow you shot is not tuned properly or the chrono maybe off. Or like I mentioned the other statistics I used were off.

My father bought a new chill and it was set on 28″ and 66# shooting a 356 gr arrow and it shot 311-312 through the chrono consistently… My chill is 74# and 30″ and im shooting 374gr arrows but i am still yet to shoot it through the chorno…
