Joined: 3/20/2005I am a big fan of Wildlife Research Centers Autumn Formula and Robinson Labs Fall Blend. I have tried many of the ones out there and while all seem to do a pretty good job I have had more success and encounters since sticking with these 2. Gotta love something that kills your scent yet smells so much like the woods

wildlife research has proven itself for over a decade to me. i’ve been using their products for quite some time and they all work and work well. i go through approx. 2 gallons of this stuff a year and can say it works great. i’ve also used there deoderant and bar soap. it also helps they have had their product independently tested at rutgers university to be 99% effective.
dead down wind has nailed me with their marketing scheme this year. they have an ad claiming proven results with a chromotagraph, claiming total elimination of human scent after an application of their new evovle e3 spray. i haven’t bit the bullet yet but i will be purchasing a bottle and putting it through some tests. i should also say i have used their spray in the past and it leaves a distiguishable odor, i hope the new spray doesn’t.

That would be the bacon smell…. …. soo they have a new one out ehhhh?? Hopefully they have improved it…
Joined: 3/20/2005The odor you guys speak of is exactly why I never bought it. I opened a bottle at Wal-Mart one day and just said “What the heck?” If I could smell it I am pretty sure the deer could smell it. Obviously people have had success with it but I personally have my reservations
Joined: 6/27/2007I use DDW also and have had great luck with it.
The odor you mentioned goes completely away when it dry’s.
