Take about a half cup each of olive oil and white wine and mix with any of your favorite spice blends and marinate in the fridge for about 2 hrs.

One of my favorites: same olive oil and white wine but add some rosemary, garlic, salt and black pepper. If you can use fresh rosemary and garlic. Easy on the rosemary though because a little goes along way. Let it stand in the fridge for a couple hours and grill the meat over coals.[=}=]

    I usually use olive oil also,but mix with worchestershire sauce,hot sauce,garlic salt,alittle cayenne pepper,minced onion,and black pepper.

I let mine marinate in the frig as long as possible in a ziplock bag with all the air squeezed out and turn it over morning and evening.Average marinating time is about 2 days………makes for some awesome eating when done on the grill!!![:thumbup][:thumbup][=P~]

Sub out the olive oil with a beer. Then if your cooking on the grill
use melted butter on the meat while it cooks.[:p]
