    Need alot of clearance shooting these arrows. 4″ Helical Feathers on 30X’s. Would like to use a drop away but im seeing everyone is shooting a blade type laucher rest. Any Opinions?

    Just a personal preference, I like the blade type rests for target. Very few moving parts, easy to tune, and forgiving.
    3-Apex7, Apex8, Creed Gold Tip, B-Stinger, CBE, Tru Ball

    Problems solved! I took the feathers of and went with plastic 3″ duravanes. Went and bought a trophy taker original drop away slide adjust with a short bar rest. Very simple and two bolts to adjust. Wow. I am sold on this rest!!! Selling all my other rests and putting trophy taker originals on my bows. All other rests are scrap IMO.

    I shoot 30X Pro’s 2.3 VaneTec Super Spine with a small .10 blade on my Spot Hogg Infinity. If you get the arrow balanced right, you can shoot he fat guys on a small blade. It’s in the string nock being place on the bottom. It puts a downward pressure on the shaft. It’s best to test this out with no point in the shaft.
