They took his guns, he got a lawyer, he’s getting his guns back. It’s believed right now that they violated Hipaa laws to pull this off and it could get to be a pretty big thing going on soon.

Just ridiculous for people to be unfairly treated like that.

As I said earlier, Obamacare will be the back door to gun control.

Recall the President’s Executive Order, actions 16 and 17,  President Obama stated that physicians were not required to collect or report information of gun ownership … another Obama-Lie.

    16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their  patients about guns in their homes.

    17. Release a letter to healthcare providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

If you are semi-intelligent, you’ll give great thought to how you or anyone living with you fills out the seemingly innocent medical questionnaire handed out by the receptionist. Any indication of depression, anxiety, nightmares, or other mental health symptoms along with questions about guns in the house, how they are stored, what ages are your children, or if there is anyone at your residence exhibiting those symptoms could end up with local law enforcement showing up at the door to confiscate your guns (some states include crossbows and hand-held bows under the firearm/deadly weapon classification).

The gun laws being enacted now require physicians and medical personnel to report Mental Health treatment and expand the reporting to behavioral treatment, which could range from a simple DUI or fist fight to voluntary drug rehab. Even if your doctor determines the condition doesn’t warrant reporting, his physician’s assistant or nurse could make their own determination and make a report.

You watch … soon the anti-gun advocates will be claiming that “gun violence on its own is a public health crisis” not limited to the mentally ill, and requires emergency action.

Just like Obamacare is not about health care and all about taxation, insurance, and restrictions on medical  treatments, gun control will not be about gun control but all about government revenues, insurance, and gun confiscation.
