    With a little help from my home-made press as the stand, a dial-calibrator and magnetic stand from Harbor Freight, two pieces of 3′ angle iron, a threaded hook, medicine bottle (completed weight – 1.94lbs using #6 lead shot) I put together a functional spine tester. The rollers are from my arrow saw. What I really like is that all can be stored away in a couple of minutes without taking up much space. Everything is easily adjustable
