I thought the LD was basically an XT with a long draw. Am I wrong?

    Yes

Think about axile to axile length.I hunt in a stand and blind so I like a short bows the 05 switchback. The others weren’t around then.My tribute is even shorter than the switchback.I have the speed cam in the tribute so the switchback is more fun and easier to draw back.Oh more accurate at close range also.

You gotta love these Mathews shooters. They have got to be the stubornest die hards about thier bows :X .As far as thier concerned there is no other. You can preach that the tribute and allegiant have no noise or vib just like the switchback but it’s like ](*,) .They dont want to hear it.I hate to say it but hyott has one that is faster and no vib also. But I still love my switchback and all these die hards. We pay so much for our bows we hate to think there is something better out there :D I try to buy a new one every year.I have more money now that the kids are gone [-o|

the only thing that makes the difference between the two for me is the longer BH for the LD… this makes the bow more forgiving? so i can have flaws in my form when say im in a stand shaking when drawn on a buck?

this kind of stuff drives me nuts!!
thanks for all the help so far guys
    keep it coming

I just noticed your age.I am not trying to sell you on a Bowtech but you are still growing. To change draw length on a Mathews 100 bucks to change a bowtech 10 bucks or the shop I got to it is free, just something to think about

You are correct, there are other fine bows out there. But, he did only list the XT and the LD in his poll. So, I must assume that those are the bows that HE is interested in. I voted XT based on his draw length. But, if he is still growing like most 15 year olds are, he might consider the LD.[/color:22hvh8vw]
