Been so busy at the shop trying to get prepared for our Mathews Dealership and totally spaced off the sign up. I had a blast last year and was looking forward to this year, but I suppose I will graciously watch from the sidelines!

    Good Luck everyone!

would like to know more about this contest.

    Is it a team effort.

Do you have to come up with your own team or random drawing.

    How is scoring confirmed.

Might be a bit difficult to tell if someone that is signed up turned out to be a no show or maybe just hasn’t had the opportunity to get out hunting yet, but will before the end of the contest. What may be a suggestion from a little different angle is to allow someone that is signed up, but through unforseen circumstances is not able to go hunting, could voluntarily pass his/her spot on to the next person waiting that didn’t get signed up. Might be a bit of paperwork involved tracking the waiting list, but it could work. Just a thought.

IMO if you don’t know or don’t think you will have the time to really hunt you shouldn’t sign up… It’s like anything else in life,if you don’t want the commitment don’t sign up period!

I had one guy picked on my team last year that didn’t even check in on our teams check in page,a complete no show!

:D But thats what we are talking about ..we get a dozen of those each year….keeping in mind things come up …injuries, family matters, life crisis, lawn mower running over leg :whistle :p

So things happen as well as it may to those that are late and missed out on sign up but are more than willing to substitute….several regulars I know well already missed out due to circumstances…

I’m with Neil on this one <!-- s:thumbup --><img src= Since these contests began I have been on at least 3 teams where people signed on, and then went MIA, GONE. Really, some did not answer a barage of PM’s and emails.
It would be nice to have a SUBstitute pool with members that really want o participate.
I’m thinking the first place teams of the past are sneaking in Phantom sign ups to sabotage the rest of the teams :^O :thumbdown :^O
