    My creed is loud when i shoot,  even had it at the dealer and he checked over everything.  Tried shooting a arrow with a stiffer spine incase that was the problem but it’s still loud.  Anybody else have this problem?

    The Creed has been checked with a decibel meter using different Axion Limb Silencers … you might want to review this post and give the limb silencers a try.

    Otherwise, I’ve only heard of a few complaints about the Creed being loud, and they turned out to be accessory noise, rest or sight noise.

    What have you done so far to isolate the source?

    I would bet it is some accessories. The Creed is VERY VERY quiet.

    Mine is real loud…like a gunshot compared to my Hoyt Carbon Matrix! I have checked all accessories, tuned it, tried different arrows, etc….it shoots super, even places fixed blade heads with field points…however, it is loud, and no one can tell me any different. I have been shooting and tuning bows for 34yrs so I am no amature! I am planning on trying the limb silencers, and adding monkey tails when the archery season gets closer to eliminate this issue.
    Other than the noise, the bow is awesome in every aspect…maybe I just got a loud one I guess!
    Hoyt bows...Easton DaTorch arrows, Carbon Express arrows,Ktech stabilizers, CBE sights, Carter and Tru Ball releases. Archery has helped save my life!

    Check the screws that hold the string stop.  One of mine was loose and it made it loud

    Always a good idea to do a visual inspection and go from there. {#emotions_dlg.mathews_thumbs_up}

    just to add my own two cents,my creed as well as all others we have set up at the shop, have been stone dead quiet,regardless of what acc’y package has been installed. in fact, even shooting a creed with just a bisquit and a loop is very,very quiet. so anyone saying they are loud,should remove items and shoot ’till you find the issue. almost bet 100% that it’s not the bow,it’s something hung on it that is either loose or not properly adjusted.

    Thanks this is what i’m going to do now, love shooting the bow but with the noise on mine it would be pointless to take out hunting

    My Creed was loud also.I converted to the Z7 string stop and added the heaver weight on the bottom. I have two sizes Axion Grid lock stabilizers in different lengths,but the Sims 4.5 inch X coil performed the best. I have the Mathews QAD rest and the Spott Hogg sight. Tried the split limb dampeners,  they Add did not make a difference that I could hear. Add a monkey tail above the  peep, no mine is much quieter.Everyone who shot it before the changes were made  agreed. They string stop made the single most difference.
