k n oil filters

    are any of you motorcycle riders out there run k n oil filters on their bikes…

    got a 2009 victory kingpin and its due for a change…. i run a, k n oil filter on my dodge

    truck and was thinkn about putn one on my bike too….

    any thoughts, thanks russ…

    i dont even run their air filters.

    for my past bikes i ran OEM.  for my current cars, i go OEM or Wix.

    I use K&N in my truck (2007 Dodge) and motorcycle (2000 Honda).  I haven’t had any issues.

    Nothing wrong with K&N filters.  I use Amsoil filters and oil in my bike but thats just personal preference. Just make sure you use the right oil.

    I use them simply because they have the small nut on the bottom making it easier to remove.  If you change your oil regularly, it doesn’t matter IMO.

    thanks guys for the replys….have never had an issue on my 2003 dodge ram with hemi engine, just wantd to be sure on my bike, if there

    were any negatives… ??

    when you invest almost 28k, in customizing a bike, my engine is very important, thanks again for all your time….russ

    I like the K&N for my bike because it has the 17mm nut on the end.  Makes it a lot easier to change.
