It is a benchmade mini barrage with 154cm steel.  I say high end because I have never spent $130 on a folder.  Did I choose wisely?

i have a different benchmade with the same steel.  you are gonna love it.  keep it sharp, cuz getting it back to sharp is much more difficult.

What do you use to sharpen yours?  Do you use a honing stone and a sharpening stone or just a sharpening stone?

Yeah my knife is partially serrated also.  The spyderco makes sharpening the serrations easier?

Benchmade makes a great knife.  I’ve been carrying a Mini Griptilian 556 for quite some time now.  Also have a Lone Wolf mini-landslide which is also a great knife for the $$ if you don’t want to spend the extra for the Benchmade name (LW is a brand of Benchmade).

Oh yes. When I bought one of my benchmades, a rep was there. He suggested the sharpmaker. Using one of the triangle edges you can keep the serrations crazy sharp. He warned against over doing it. I focus on the straight edge and just give the serrations a quick few swipes.

My mini griptilian or mini barrage is usually in my pocket but I think I like my Volli more, it’s a little bigger though. The Axis lock is great.

Yikes. Wait till you see other makers. This is how bit starts. I love my benchmade elishwitz. Sorry for typos. I’m on a bouncing train. I’d pull my knife out and snap a pic, but i would freak out the little Asian lady next to me:D
