I have the chance to purchase either an Apex or an Apex 7. Not sure which to get……they’re both within 1 year old, and both are black with camo limbs.

Yes, they’re both used. and the Apex 7 is $125.00 more than the Apex. Do you guys think it’s worth it to get the “latest” and “greatest” in the Apex world, or should I just take the tried and true ](*,)

The A7….then when you sell it, it will have more value.

Guess it really depends on what you prefer. The A7 is 10fps faster but has a 1″ shorther BH and 4 1/4″ shorter ATA compared to the Apex. Is there any way you can test them both first?

    And another :?:

Does the Apex 7 have the string suppresors? The picture of the bow I saw has them, and has the 3 dampers in the roller guide……..like the Apex 7, but on the website, the Apex 7 doesn’t have the suppressors. I’ve also seen other Apex 7′s that don’t have this feature too……..now I’m getting really confused on this whole issue.

I’ve pretty much ruled out the Apex as of this point, but feel a little confused on this whole Apex 7 thing and the suppressors………..and of course, I’m liking the Prestige too #-o

I think that the fact that the Apex 7 was bought new this year, and the pictures have the string suppressors……not to mention the fact that the ATA is about 4″ shorter, I moved this direction……..the only thing that got my attention on really considering the Apex was the 8″ brace height……….

Man, I hate not having any impulse control……..but retailers just love seeing me

I would go with the A7. I haven’t really had any dealings with either bow, but Mathews always seems to come out with a better product every year. If you started with the Apex it probably wouldn’t seem like a huge difference between the two, but with the choice between the two I would go with the newer technology :thumbup
