I took my factory grip off and didn’t clean the other stuff off. I wanted to see if it would fit good now I can’t get the new grip off. Is it safe to use a hair dryer on the new grip? Or will I mess up the finish? I shot the bow and it feels a little loose. But can’t pull off the grip.

I Have put a new grip grip on my Mathews every year since the Q2, The best way is with the Hairdryer to get the original off, as far as glue, one year i tried the Guerrilla Glue and it made an awful mess of it. I have also tried the 3M stuff, but what i found to work best was a Silicone Adhesive, no mess, very sticky.

I ordered my new Bumble Bee Torque-less grip today. With this thread, I will have no problem installing it myself. :thumbup

I noticed someone else asked this as well but I have a Legacy coming next week and I will definitely be removing the grip as I prefer to shoot a very narrow grip.

Can I shoot a Mathews off the Riser or should I definitely order or try to find a grip for it before I even get the bow?

Yes you can shoot with No grip if you like it that way, then you can order
    a grip in a LOW Wrist. [=}=]
