    Ok Brian I’m gonna pester u one more time. I got some weights for my arrows and cut off an inch or so. Finished arrows are 29″ throat to end of arrow. I’ve got 20gr weights. Do u recommend one or two in the insert. One puts me at 421gr arrow. Two at 442-443 grains finished. 100 grain tip so it will be either 134 grains out front with insert. Or 154 grains out front with 2 weights added.

    Does Brian know what your question is from all this information? Just trying to help out but I’m not sure what you are asking. {#emotions_dlg.mathews_peace}

    Why are you adding weights to the GT inserts? I ran the OT2 numbers for the GT PH 7595 on your previous post. They are barely OK  at 30″ and  OK when cut to 29″ using 100-gr broadheads without any extra weights. Adding weight to the insert will make them weak.

    If you wanted to add weight for a better FOC, I’d suggested you either go with a stiffer shaft like the Easton series of .330″ spine, or to go with .300″ spine shafts if you wanted Very High FOC with a heavy broadhead for Large Game.

    This is a 50-60# creed. So if backed off to 55-56lbs (which wouldn’t bother me any) should put me in the green even with the added weight up front. Thx again for your insight
