Mathews…first, let me say, I have attempted to send this information through the Customer Support process, subject: Forum & Bowlife. I filled out all the necessary information down to the “captcha” level…the “captcha” function does not work for me…thus Mathews will not accept my email request.
I tried it three times and the “captcha” function won’t work.
So, I will see if I can get someone’s attention, this way…I will post my email here, minus the personal information.
Mathews…since the forums were redone in the last month or so, the message board forums and the Mathews website have become so slow, they are nearly impossible to navigate. If I click on a link, my browser has to wait and wait and wait for the Mathews website to execute the (click) change to the next page/ link.
I’m running a Time Warner cable modem with the AOL browser, Windows XP, McAfee Anti virus. Before Mathews upgraded their forums a month or so ago, I had very little problem negotiating Mathews forums or the website. Now, the website and especially the forums are nearly unusable.
Also, over the years, as a Mathews owner, I saved a lot of technical information about tuning my Mathews bows. I would copy the Mathews link to an email and save it in my Mathews file…all of those links that I had saved in emails and filed away, no longer work…since the forum upgrade.
…for example, I had a links to the pictures that showed the proper timing marks for the various Mathews cams…those links no longer work. When I click them, it takes me to the present Mathews home page instead of the linked information.
I know I’m not the only one to have these issues as many have just given up on the Mathews forums and moved on to other Archery websites. CAN YOU HELP ME?
