God gives us only so much time on earth, don't waste it. Jesus blood washes sins away, just pray.

McKenzie is working on having a 5″ O.D. for all 10-rings regardless of target size. The 12-rings and the 11-ring will all be 1.5″ O.D. which will effectively provide a separation among these scoring rings. All lines are to be .125″ in width which will also help with the “pulled line” issue and bonus rings touching on several targets.

They are focused on making sure the targets with the smaller 10-rings are done first, but hope to have our entire 23 target line that we have announced completed by Florida.

    Targets at ASA shoots 2013

We are very proud to be able to continue our relationship with McKenzie. We are working on determining the final costs and process for reserving and buying the tournament ranges (and we are very close to be able to keep the pricing at the 2012 level with the help of McKenzie.) All 2013 McKenzie ASA Pro/Am Targets feature the E-Z Flex Foam core.

These 17 targets will be at all Pro/Ams:

    Medium Grazing Deer
    Large Alert Deer
    Large Sneak Deer
    Wild Boar
    Javelina
    Pronghorn Antelope
    Coyote
    Mountain Lion
    Mule Deer
    Russian Boar
    Medium Deer
    Bedded Deer
    Large Deer
    Wolf
    Leopard
    Warthog
    Hyena

These three will be in Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky & the Classic:
    Blesbok
    Med. Black Bear
    Impala

These three will be in Uchee Creek, Texas, & Illinois:
    Black Buck
    Chamois
    Corsican Sheep

In addition to the photo that Jenny has posted, please note that the actual dimension of the 10-ring will be a 5″ O.D., the 12-rings will be a 1.5″ O.D. and it will be done for all tournament targets regardless of the target size.

In Florida these new scoring rings will be on all the small and medium sized targets, and the larger targets will be incorporated during the season. We are very pleased that the molded scoring lines are much cleaner and crisper, and look forward to the upgrade of all the targets very soon.
