I believe EVERY person should get a fair trial. The question should be what should we do with him when he is found guilty. I don’t think he should be shot, too expensive ;) . Thrown to the pigs sounds good, but I’m a big supporter of hanging. We can reuse the rope with the next guy that we find guilty :D

id like to hang him from the statue of liberty by his feet and let him just starve to death while looking at the NY skyline then leave him there as a warning to anyone thinking about doing anything else. :thumbdown

He should be left to his own thoughts, right in the middle of Times Square. ;)

Not I, when it comes to people like him. Screw trial, we all know he is guilty, why not just get it over now… ;)

I don’t have a problem with garnering information in that manner, during war. But using confessions gained by those methods for judicial prosecution sets a very dangerous precedent.

When a US Soldier is tortured and then executed for what he said under that duress, I am perfectly willing to drop bombs on the perpetrators. We should be smart enough to avoid such pitfalls.

If we can prove he’s guilty, we can prove he’s guilty. But we should go about it within the lines of the laws we have established. Now if you ask me what I think the punishment phase should be, you guys have been light on him.
