Both closed. Could explain my low success rate hunting last fall. :D :D :D Just joking, 1 eye opened. Wait, no, 1 eye closed. Hmmm, I can’t remember. Let me go out side and shoot a few and I’ll get back to you! :^O

I had to think for a minute, but I shoot with one eye open.

I am ambidextrous but shoot right handed because I am right eye dominate. use only my right eye.

Left eye dominant, right handed shooter, and both eyes open. [=}=]

Sucks to be you with the left eye dominant problem. I have to teach people to shot with that same problem. It’s a headache[/quote:3w4jsmva]

It took a bit of determination to train myself but it’s natural now. A powered scope too a little more determination. [=}=]

The “optimal” way is both eyes open. However, most who shoot cross eye dominant will close an eye. Bow4 is an exception. [=}=]

both eyes for me. I like watching the arrow fly. You can see it better when you keep both eyes open.

I am right handed but left eye dominant. I usually need to close my left eye just for a second to force my right to take over aiming. After that I’m both eyes open. Let me tell you, I used to have HORRIBLE problems aiming and setting up sights before I installed a peep. I never knew I was left eye dominant until I installed a peep. I had given up Archery for about 8 years and then decided to pick it up again. Glad I did!
