This is one of my favorites. Elk steak (I prefer bottom round or backstrap for this) garlic, bellpeppers (red and green), if you like it hot try habanero peppers too. Chop all peppers and garlic as fine as you can, a food processor works great. Wrap each steak with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Coat steak with peppers and garlic. Set in fridge for 20-30 min. this helps the garlic pepper mix stay on meat a bit better on the grill. Over medium heat grill to rare/medium rare. Enjoy! [:thumbup]
