I do. Its easy, fun, and you get the satisifaction of knowing you built that arrow that just hit the 11 ring or just deflated a couple lungs.

I’ve got a dozen shafts that I have to put together. I just have not had the time to devote to it. I’ve been refletching my own arrows for a while now slowly switching out from Duravanes to blazers.

;) If u meant making my own arrow r actually fletching it and fine tune it..then that’s me.I usually buy my bare shaft in bulk…6 dozen or more…it’s so much cheaper that way. [=}=]

Both proshops in my area can not do as good of a job fletching as I can. When it comes to the larger catalog folks, I just like the idea of doing it myself I guess. I would use Tom Redmond’s outfit if I did not have the time.

I guess it just gets down to me liking to make my own arrows. It is very therapeutic, just like the guys who build model airplanes to relax.

I also reload, so I think of arrows the same way. Besides, dropping them off and picking them up isnt really that fun. And I dont get one thats screwed up like I used to when the shop did them. [=}=]
