Geeze that’s a lot of Harmonic Stabs on that bow… How much weight was added with all of them? Total weight without quiver?

I didn’t weigh the bow before or after. Between the 3 pieces I installed I do notice the added weight, which I prefer. It’s added at the edge of the bow, which aids in a steady hold.

Did you notice any difference in readings if you moved the dampers up or down the limbs?

I didn’t perform any positional analysis as of yet. I only tested for function in an effort to get results out to the members as quick as I could.

Gotcha, apparently you got ‘em in the right spot though if you are gaining a little speed and still finding a reduction in noise. Thank you for the info sir and look forward to any more testing you are able to conduct. :thumbup

All testing was done close to the limb pocket as the first pic shows. More testing will be done in a conventional manner like the second pic. If any variances occur, I’ll start moving them all over to find a sweet spot.

I mounted them close to the pocket as not to disrupt the normal limb loading during the draw sequence. As this pic illustrates, I think it worked out fairly well. The majority of the limb’s movement takes place after their point of installation.

Thank you very much for the info and testing Vince. I had not seen this product before.

Would you think this would work for other split limb bows or are they Mathews specific?

Mathews S2 / Copper John 4-pin / QAD HD LD / Worlds Best Strings / 808 Bowslings / Easton Bloodlines

They offer them in 2 different sizes so they’re universal. If memory serves (and don’t quote me) the small is for split limbs with an opening from 5/8-3/4″ and the large is from 3/4-1″. I’d imagine the website lists all the info.

For some reason, I can’t get the pictures of them installed.  I tried both IE and Chrome.

Still wondering exactly which model number for the Creed?

    Thanks!

The Creed uses the large dampers.
