    Hello Friends, well I am at a cross roads… I have been saving up for a Monster Safari, and had almost all the money saved up when my step daughter back home needed some money so what did I do.. the only I could I sent her the money I had saved for my Monster Safari… Now I am thinking about getting a Creed instead of the Safari for now.. I will still get a Safari, but I have been itching to get a Creed because its Mathews first solo cam with quad limbs.. what do you guys think… Just save for the Safari, or get the Creed and later get the Monster Safari..

    Love my Creed. Ordered it after 3 shots with the demo. But, with that being said, if your heart is set on a Safari nothing else is gonna live up to it.

    First – you did right by your daughter  – {#emotions_dlg.mathews_thumbs_up} Kudos.

    What are you shooting now? Do you have a special purpose for either? Which would you enjoy more?

    I say decide on the one you really want for now and which ever it happens to be.  Sounds to me like the Safari was first on your list {#emotions_dlg.mathews_love}

    Good luck deciding!

    Thank You BlackDog, Right now I am shooting my Helim and my Monster MR7. I am planing on using both for hunting, I already got one nice tom with my Helim this spring, and I also want to try shooting 3D. and I will use my Monster for 3D shoots. I enjoy shooting them both, they are a blast to shoot! With the Helim it is very light, very smooth, and very accurate, the only thing I can say is that I wish it had a slightly bigger valley. But it is very smooth drawing back at 60 lbs.. My Monster I also shoot at 60 lbs and I love how smooth it is and it is also extremely accurate, and I love the valley of the Monster. I do find that the Monster is a little stiffer drawing back, but I know this is because of the dual cams, and I do not see it as a negative, or con.. The reason I picked the Monster for shooting 3D is because I feel I can hold it steadier, and I am more accurate with the Monster, I am assuming that is because it has a longer axle to axle length and it is heavier than my Helim. I would say I shoot fairly good, for being a beginner, but I am always trying to improve from the last time I shot, and I practice all the time.. I have been shooting my Helim more because of hunting season and I want to improve with it.. i.e. getting more steady and more accurate with my Helim. I have also increased my range and comfort zone from 20 yrds to 30yrds. My sight is good at 50 yrds and I am gradually working my way to that range. I have hit what I was aiming at at 50 yards, but I was not as consistent as I would like to be, and I am pretty consistent at 30 yards so when I shoot next time I will hopefully be consistent at 40 and 50, and even better at 30 yards.. I am working on my form and trying not to torque my bow and being mindful of not torquing my bow .. Thanks again everyone for your advice.. I think I am going to go to the pro shop today and shoot the Creed, I have yet to shoot it.

    It is difficult to imagine a scenario in which you will not be pleased to have a Creed.

    I hate having to tell someone what bow they should get.
    A lot like telling someone what shoes they should buy.
    All up to you in the end….what fits best for you???
    Why did you want a Safari so bad as to save your hard earned money on one??
    Why would you spend your hard earned money on a Creed instead??
    You cant go wrong with either bow. Both are awesome weapons and will preform great for you.
    You have two great bows now in the Helium and the MR7. If your collecting these things do Like you yourself suggest and buy the Creed  then save again for a Safari.

    Good luck….let us know how it turns out for you.

    Hi Hot Shot, I understand what you are saying, and you are right .. I suppose I am collecting and what attracts me to the Safari is that its a honeycomb design and that they do not make many of them, and you get a letter of authenticity along with it..  What attracts me to the Creed is that its the first solo cam bow that Mathews has made with quad limb technology.. I was very close to ordering the Lost Creed and I should have but when I finally decided to do it they were not available any longer. I am eager to shoot one and fling some arrows.. Thanks again to everyone for there advice and opinions I really appreciate it and I look forward to talking to you all soon..{#emotions_dlg.icon_smile_archer}

    Easy fix for the Helim Valley. Put the smaller diameter draw stop on it. Perfect bow then.

    I wish I could, I do have enough money saved up for the creed and i am still putting some money away every payday, But I think I am going to hold off on the Creed until November to see what the Mathews team comes up with in November… I did however pick up 1/2 dozen Carbon Express KV Maxima Hunters, and I changed my whisker biscuit on Helim to the Mathews Edition QAD…
