    One raw bird

    Roasted is my prefered method
    It’s not there…

    The cook Will be baked though…

    My turkey’s tomorrow and will be slowly smoked. Today’s turkey is another overcooked, dried out bird at the in laws. :p

    We’re going to a dinner at the gallery my hubby works at. They are probably having the meal catered in, so I’m thinking it will be baked/roasted, but you never know!

    The turkey I come home to tonight will be baked but deep fried is probably my fave. But like Mark the one I have to eat first will be a dried out bird that manages to stay white skinned, and yes its the one my mother in-law cooks. #-o

    Fried is AWESOME. The pit idea has me wondering who I can find to dig a hole in their yard…. :shock:
