    Joined: 5/22/2009
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 pillsbury ready made pie crusts
    1 med size bag of mixed vegetables
    1 cup of water
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon paprika

    Cut chicken into small cubes and set aside
    mix soups together and add 1 cup water
    Add vegetables to soup mixture
    line bottom of casserole dish with 1 pie crust ( you may need to roll it out some to fit)
    Pour in soup and vegetable mixture
    Roll top crust out and place on top of baking dish
    Brush with egg yolk and top with parmesan cheese and paprika
    Cut small slit in top and bake at 350 45 to 55 min.
