    I love to chicken fry back strap. Dip the little medallions in milk and egg, then lightly coat in flour. Fry in vegetable oil. Make good ol’ fashion gravy with the drippngs. Add mashed potatoes and any vegetable you like. Home made rolls will top it all off. [:thumbup]

    I do pretty much the same thing except I mix italian bread crumbs with my flour (equal amounts each) and I fry in butter.
    Add the mashed taters and it’s my favorite meal!
