I’ve tried several times to update my email information on my account. I’ve typed over the old email account name, tried deleting it all together, every thing I can think of. After changing I go to the bottom of the page and select the update button and it always comes back with my old email listed. Is there something wrong with the system or am I doing something incorrectly?
No one ever responded on how to change your email in the account settings, so I don’t know if it can be done. I am guessing that it is a problem with the website and not anything that we are doing wrong. I wish they would look into this and fix the problem.
