    I can remember back when we did have some answers from the factory folks as to some of the issues and  questions. I’m not sure why that changed but I thought that was an important part of this forum. As of late we have some excellent shop techs and pros helping out here.Some have left due to this new forum so we are down some help.  I sure would think one or two fellows from the factory could be a major help on here now.

    I agree…it was nice back in the day having someone direct from Mathews chime in on a tuning or similar question.

    This if anything is what most folks come here for and this would be considered a valued part of this forum.

    From my experience, and it happens on all forums, the reason techs or pro shooters don’t post very often, or at all anymore, is that there is always someone who thinks they know more than the techs or pro shooters about any given subject.  When that happens, what good does it do for those people to subject themselves to that kind of crap or criticism!

    That’s the spirit. That’s the whole idea is the get it right with factory based information. Show the customer that this a solid informational source and support the customer about the product. Nothing else makes an difference such as shooting form or other references or personal preferences.

    What happend to Vince?…he helped me convert my Ultra Max from a mini max setup to a Max Cam setup with tips on which cam and idler I needed.

    I still have the bow and it shoots like a dream…I sure appreciated his expert opinions and suggestions….thanks Vince.

    I have to agree with you Vince is a wealth of information and so are several others on here and recently some have departed the premises. These guys do it out of their own good nature and time to help out. When these guys post on here I make a point to read their information. That’s one reason I come back here is to learn from them.

    What I’m asking for is a true representative from Mathews that is a tech expert to be involved on here to address certain question or such things about the Mathews line. I think most folks come here because they are asking questions about the line and are wanting help. They want to learn about it just like I do. If anything that is what this forum is about and this would make it a solid resource for that help.

    I have seen a bunch of technical questions as of late that are being helped sometimes where a factory person could act quickly and in the best interest of Mathews and it’s customers.  {#emotions_dlg.typotux (67)}

    I agree totally. One would think that a Mathews-sponsored forum would have a Mathews tech person available to address questions, at least from time to time. Since we have lost some very knowledgeable members, this would appear to be more important now.

    I appreciate your help Vince. I would say everyone does on here and thank you for taking up the task. And by no means do I want you to stop because it is very much needed right now.

    This is a sub forum for an ARCHERY TECH question and answer and a factory tech should in my humble opinion be involved on this forum. There are a number of topics on here that get asked about the Mathews bows. Several are related to the newest line up and could be simple to answer and help the customer out. JMHO
