I’m new to archery and got my first bow April 2013 (’08 Mathews Drenalin in great condition). My axle to axle is 33 5/16″, should be 33″. I guess that would be string or cable stretch. Cables look like new. My timing holes are in line with the string. Brace Height is 7″ (per specs). I read Lost Arrow Archery tune procedures. Great info, very thorough and would take me forever. My question is how the axle to axle length being too long affects the bow’s performance. Does it affect draw length, draw weight, cam position, valley, bow jumping at full draw. What does it affect or cause.
