You guys ought to fix the birthdays, the forum has them all messed up. Mine shows as of 11/19, but it really is 01/11. My account profile is correct as well. I don’t know why it takes so long to get stuff fixed correctly.

    Hi Jeff K in IL,

Just letting you know that I have received your information about your birthday issue.  Since your birthday has passed we can not replicate it exactly. We did however look into how the birthdays are showing up and find them to be showing correctly based on the user profiles we tested.  To help you with your specific issue perhaps further, can you let me know what browser & device you use while accessing the forums? (eg IE9 on Windows 7).

The internet browser should have no effect on the birthdays. In my profile, my birthdate is lasted as 01/11/1988; on 11/19/2013 I a topic was created to wish me happy birthday. Sure enough, my birthday showed up as 11/19/2013 on the main forum page. This is an error in programming. It was viewable like that no matter what browser was used.

    Hi Jeff K in IL,

Our protocol is to get the environment a person was using when they saw the issue so we can test it in a similar environment.  If you could please send me that information that would be appreciated.   In the meantime, as I noted in my previous post it appears as though the birthday logic is working based on our recent tests.  I’m sorry you had this issue and we will continue to monitor.

Do you really think its his browser??
Ok I’m no programmer, but common sense tells me that if his birthday is show up on you site wrong then its something on your end and not his browser.

Well, since you guys are bound and determined to test the browser… I was using my Apple iPhone 5 with the 7.0.3 OS and whichever version of Safari comes with that. Since you said there were no issues, I find it to be highly doubtful that you’ll re-create anything worth noting. Perhaps it would be best to ask the gentleman that originally recognized my birthday what browser he was using.
