Is there anyone who has shot both and what do you like or dislike in comparison of the two bows?

I don’t have the bows you mentioned so I could not tell you. Your best bet is to go to a Mathews dealer and bring your VE, and ask if you can shoot the Apex 8 and shoot your VE and see what you like better..

Totally agree, problem is going to be most dealers don’t keep the target bows in stock {#emotions_dlg.mathews_brick_wall} I would love to try and Apex 7 and 8 as well as the prestige but no one around me has them to try. Have to buy and hope for the best which I have a hard time dropping that kind of money on a “I hope I will like it”

How are you living your Dash?

I have shot all of the above and do own the Prestige, Apex 7 & Apex 8.  Personally I don’t like shooting the Prestige so I don’t gave it to my daughter. I shoot my Apex 8 only indoors and yes it is a sweet bow for that.  My Apex 7 is for field or 3-D  and is my favorite for 70 plus yards.
Your best bet is to try and shoot them, we all have different ideas on why we like each one.
