    It’s a question of interest… curiosity, nothing more and nothing less.

    I was looking at an older (2010) Monster 6 and the idea popped into my wee noggin… Why buy another bow, if speed is my need, just change what I already have… Overhaul it {#emotions_dlg.mathews_big_smile}
    I certainly have the physical ability to handle the draw weight, but can the Solocam design handle this modification?

    Could it be done using the existing hardware? What limbs would fit? Would the extra stress load be detrimental to the riser, bearings… me  {#emotions_dlg.mathews_doah}

    Well, the issue really is to find limbs of the same length that fits the pocket and deflects with 80+ lb DW.  Off hand, I can’t think of any.

    I think the riser could handle it, and the cam certainly.

    You are venturing into the realm of Frankenbows …  no warranties, failures and damage on the Mad Scientist, any improvements due to the  Genius, it is frustrating, and fascinating, and satisfying.

    Good Luck. {#emotions_dlg.mathews_thumbs_up}
