I have been able to catch about 80% of the three episodes that have aired. Although I did not see the resemblance
when I was watching the devil the other night, others have noted that it looked like Obama.
Anyway, we don’t know what the devil looks like but Scripture tells us he disguises himself as an angel of light.
So far I am quite interested in what is being aired. Anyone else?
Mathews S2 / Copper John 4-pin / QAD HD LD / Worlds Best Strings / 808 Bowslings / Easton BloodlinesWhat I’ve seen so far has been really well done Kevin. Â There are some inconsistencies with scripture but most are minor (Samson tells Delilah the truth first time about cutting his hair). Â There were also some very thought-provoking scenes early when Abraham went to sacrifice Isaac. Â They show Sarah heading up the mountain when she sees the sacrificial fire (“Did Abraham take a lamb for sacrifice?” she asked one of the servants). Â They make a real effort to bring out a lot of the “human-ness” of the characters, something I think even a lot of Bible scholars have a tendency to overlook. So 3Â

from my house so far.For what it is, I find it interesting to watch! Consistent…prob not…however, it is something a lot of folks could stand to learn about!Mathews Tactical Creed...Easton DaTorch arrows, Carbon Express arrows,Ktech stabilizers, CBE sights, Carter and Tru Ball releases. Archery has helped save my life!I dont think its bad at all.  Its just barely hitting the high spots, as it would take 25 episodes or more to even quickly try to cover the entire bible.  I’ve enjoyed it, and mostly because my kids have taken a very big interest in it.  As someone stated already, I think they have done a good job portraying the humanistic side of the story. I give it 4 out of 5 and not 5 only because I think I could watch it all if it were 25 episodes…..Â

We enjoy it as a family also!
it opens alot of eyes.altho inaccurrate at times.i think it is a good thing.,alot can be learned.Bible lite versions and it is the Hollywood/American cleaned up version at best.Â
Its not that it is inconsistent with scripture, it is the detail they chose to leave out. I chose to turn it rather quickly, just a little to much inconsistency for my liking. -
