Had a Polaris 1996 model 500, Traded in on a 2000 700, Love them. No problem whatsoever. I won’t bash any other model but I do know these work hard and last.

Could it be more are for sale used, because they sell more than any other brand in the USA new? Statistics are what you make of them.

If Polaris being in the want adds has any thing to do with reliability…the XT must be awful…check out ebay…. :^O Seriously though…most people who have Polaris die by Polaris. You’ll find a lot in the adds b/c they are wanting the newer EFI….just like when the Dren came out. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them…..just depends on what you’re looking for in an ATV and how much you want to spend.

:-B :-B 8D If you want the most power reliability go with a Kawasaki brute 750 v twin. I have a 05 and it”s been through alot almost 2000mi and no major problems. She will spank every one listed above exept for the bombadeer 800 but the run over 2,000-3000 dollars more…..

I have a 2000 Honda 450ES. It’s been a great machine. I plow snow with it and use it for hunting. Excellent riding machine. My buddy’s Yamaha will turn tighter than the Honda though. Other than that the Honda is great. I will say one thing for my buddy’s Yamaha it’s been pretty dependable, because I don’t think he has ever touched it for maintainence in all the years I’ve known him. I think his friend changed the oil once about six years ago.

I owned 3 Polaris Sportsmans..1 500…2 700’s…1 Fuel Injected the other wasn’t… They were Both Great Machines,BUT !!!! I had nothing but trouble with the 500, And had Stator Problems with the Non Fuel Injected, And the Wife Ran her Fuelie out of Gas once, After that I had trouble keeping it running Smooth…..Other than that, I really like them, Plenty Fast, Easy Turning, Nice power….. I recently Aquired an 06 Ducks Unlimited Edition Grizzly,,,, I have to say…I’m more than Impressed, The absolutly Smoothest Running Quad I’ve EVER owned, Less Motor noise,Smoothe acceleration,Quiet Running…The only thing I’m not a fan of..Is you have to Engage the 4WD Locker, and engage the brake when going from Reverse to forward. But I guess that’s good in a way, To make sure the ones without common sense don’t explode their Trannies..And the Polaris’ would eat the bumpers off the Grizzly on top end…All in all…They all have their good and bad points,,It’s just what you Prefer….I Woould give them all achance and see what you like best :thumbup

I have a 2004 Polaris Ranger 500 6X6 that has 4000 miles on it and it still runs great. I also have a 2006 Polaris Ranger that has been a work horse and it runs great. I bought a 2007 Ranger 700 EFI and it is awesome :X . I compared it to the Mule and Rhino before I made my decision and the Ranger won hands down. We also have a 2004 Yamaha Kodiak and it has been a very good machine =D/>” title=”Applause” /> . So, I do not have anything bad to say about any brand of late model machines <!-- s8-| --><img src= , from what I have seen, they all do a good job and are build to last with some normal maintaince. :thumbup
